Must I be at home when you clean my house?

It’s your choice. Many of my customers prefer to give us a key. Others leave us a key in a safe place each visit. Alarm systems can either be left off or you can give us entry/exit codes.

How do you protect my keys?
If you choose for us to hold your key it is secured in a locked key storage device to which only I have access. All keys are organized in a numeric system and have no connection to your information or address.

What are your house cleaning rates?
Fees are based on the condition and size of the home. It is best to complete the online FREE Quote or call us directly for an accurate estimate.

How do I pay for your residential cleaning services?
Payment is due at time of service. You may pay by cash, personal check or Paypal. If you aren’t home we ask you to leave payment on the kitchen counter top. If you prefer to pay by Paypal, we will handle that process the day prior to the service.  There is a 2.9% fee for using a credit card with paypal.  Thank you for your understanding.

Is your house cleaning work guaranteed?
Should you find yourself unsatisfied with the work we’ve done in your home, simply call us within 24 hours of your clean, and we will re-clean the area at no additional charge!

Are your housekeepers trained and supervised?
Team members are trained before they’re permitted to enter your home. Training continues as we learn about new products/methods and to reinforce prior training. All team members have background checks and drug tests performed before hiring.

Do I need to provide my own house cleaning products?
Dust Bunny Custom Cleaning will always arrive at your home with our own cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer we use your cleaning products please leave them on the counter. All of our products are environmentally preferable and are safe for small children and pets.  Upon request green products can be used.

Are you Insured?
Yes. We can provide documentation upon request. All of our employees have a background check performed and are drug-free.

Can I cancel an appointment?
Yes with 24 hours notice you can cancel or reschedule your cleaning.  There is no charge for rescheduling or cancelling with 24-hour notice.  However, we charge a $25 fee for changes with less than 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.  If there is an emergency or a one time event we will be lenient but for reoccurring cancellation or rescheduling issues we will have to enforce this policy.
